Embrace your zodiac sign

I was the kind of person who would never think that your zodiac rules your behaviour or has anything to do with you life or personality... of couse I was younger and had any idea of how simple life could be :D

Lately I have been drawn to understand myself more through the zodiac, and why not? I found it as an interesting guide to be the best I can be, to practice my magic with confidence and to understand others and accept them. So I am sharing my view of the zodiac as a tool to shift our energy and see the world in a different way.

I have read a lot of blogs about each zodiac sign and the first thing that dragged my attention was that they all talk about the good and the bad side of each sign. You see, I was born a Leo, and I grew up listening to people commenting on my strong almost angry temperament, I thought then I was doomed because I was going to be explosive, jealous, needy, arrogant, etc. I wish someone has told me that only when I am out of my center I will start tapping on that dark side.

I understand now that we are like planets, always rotating on an axis. Imagine if suddenly the planet goes a little bit off the axis? There is chaos! Well, the same happens to us, the more in tune and close to our axis (spirit) we are, the closer we are to the essence of the sign :) and that is why sometimes we meet arrogant people, cheaters, vindictive beings, bipolars, etc. Not because they mean to be like that, just because they are a little bit out of the axis.

When people come for massage with me I am always glad to see them going back to their center :) most of the times a massage and meditation is all you need to come back to yourself.

We are all born with a beautiful essence, and it is our work to keep our planet in balance.

Another thing I learnt is that none of the planets are the same.. right, that is obvious :P But if each planet is so different, can't we just accept the beauty of differences? I learnt that I can't ask a scorpio to tell me their deepest secrets because most probably he/she wont do it, accepting that this is the way they are, makes everything easier. I learned to accept and enjoy how different we all are and uh! wait! I can also learn a few tips and tricks from the others! :) then accepting myself for who am I, also makes everything easier-better. I work towards the positive and grow through the negative.

We all can be the beautiful planet we have to be in this life and have glimpses of much more than that while we prepare this tool box for the next jump.

Embrace the best of your sign, use it as a compass to get some direction and celebrate the difference in others :)


 By the way, the photo is from a japanese anime called Knights of the Zodiac. I grew up watching it and it is still on! It is about a group of warriors who use the powers provided by their constelations to save the world :)
