A GOOD QUESTION

Lately I have been inspired by Alejandro Jodorowski and I decided to include in my Tarot readings the question: What is the purpose of your life?

I read in one of his books that once when he was sick, he met a chinese doctor who told him that he couldn't heal him unless he have a purpose in his life.

I feel as well that purpose is what guides your healing. At least it has been part of my journey and so I share it here :)

My favorite answer to what is my my life purpose is: It doesn't have to be something big, it doesn´t even have to make sense, it could also be pretty much related to how do you want to feel and you can also attach more ideas to it, or change it completely because it is flexible! how cool :D And it is very very important that this should be PERSONAL.

How do you project yourself in abundance to the future? The future that is now.

I wanted to have this questions here also for you, and I would like to give some inspiration:

Start by writing a phrase, don´t be afraid, go crazy! :)

- I want to be happy
- I want to flow
- I want to feel free
- I want to expand through my job
- I want to see beauty everywhere
- I want to be colorful
- I want to feel love
- I want to shine/ glow
- I want to feel abundant in any aspect of my life
- I want to be music
- I want to be wise
- I want to be myself
- I want to create/invent
- I want to be in peace
- I want to find treasures

Once you have this intention in your head, you must allow yourself to align it with the rest of your life, without any effort, you must know that this is YOUR wish, and that it is PERSONAL thing.

USING ARCHETYPES TO FIND YOUR LIFE PURPOSE

Our subconscious understands better with metaphores, dreams, and subtle languages like colors and sounds, smells, etc.

If you struggle finding your purpuse writing a phrase, you can also get an archetype that represents better how would you like to feel in your life, for example:

I want to be a trasure hunter ( and find treasures everywhere I go)
I want to be like Mona Lisa ( and experience beauty in myself and everywhere around me)
I want to be a magician ( and make things happen through my magic energy)

USING ADJECTIVES AND IMAGES TO FIND YOUR LIFE PURPOSE

I read once an article by Danielle LaPorte that I found very fun to try, this is a great excercise for your creativity, which means this is a great excercise to open your mind to infinite posibilites :) and therefore your life.

I really recommend you to check it out: http://www.positivelypositive.com/2015/02/18/how-do-you-want-it-all-to-feel-sensuous-goal-refinement-emotional-magnetizing/

Here some examples of how to find an intention for your everyday or your whole life:

I want my body to feel like a Jaguar in a new open field.
I want smiling to feel like mangoes.
I want my friendships to feel like sandalwood oil, and bowls of popcorn, and hand-knit, with Vodka mixers, served up in a red tent.
I want my nervous system to feel like The Buddha must have felt when he discovered The Middle Way.
I want my gigs to feel like Jimmy Page playing Kashmir, and Gaga doing a Born This Way finale, with some Leonard Cohen tenderness.
I want my neighborhood to feel like a new Jason Mraz song.
I want my integrity to feel like the Hope Diamond.

:) Have a great life! - C.

Relax your body, mind and... wallet.

Since this blog is dedicated to help you relax. I would like to share with you my secret to relax my wallet.

I recently realized that one silent element of our everyday lives that stresses us from the back of our heads is money.

I often used to use sentences in my speech like, I can´t do this because I don’t have money. I can´t buy that because I don´t have money. I can´t go there because I don´t have money. If I bought anything I would feel guilty.  Can you imagine the level of stress I was already putting on myself?

Looking back, I realized that all were only thoughts, that even thou I allowed myself sometimes to buy something “expensive” I was never out of money, but I have always been guilty and poor in my head.

I have heard other similar sentences from the people around me. For example:
I would never pay xx for that. Who do they think they are to charge you xx. I know I can get it cheaper. Rich people are superficial. I hate money, etc. And the thing is that all these sentences we have programmed in our heads about money are just showing us the relationship we have with money and life in general. So, in my case, as I would feel guilty I would never allow money to come to me fully because I wouldn´t deserve it.

My journey with the energy of money began then, when I decided to make conscious my behavior towards money and  start reprogramming my believe system.

This is what I learnt to stop worrying about money.

1.     Money is my best friend.
2.     Money should always flow.
3.     Money is like air.
4.     Money is abundant and there is enough for everybody.
5.     Money is my divine right and it is the right of everybody as well.
6.     Money is like a boomerang.
7.     When you pay for something, ALWAYS pay with GRATITUDE , LOVE and RESPECT, and in the same way you will be paid.

1, Money is my best friend.
If you think about money as your best friend what would happen? Money is always there to help you when you need it, money is always there for you, money loves you.

2. Money should always flow.
Some people may argue that you don’t need money to live, I actually think that the money is there to be taken and let it go, you are actually never with the same money in your hands. Trying to keep it will cause you stress.

3,  Money is like air.
If you think about breathing, you know it is something natural in you, you don´t try to avoid breathing. Well if you think about money the same way, it would make a difference. Don´t stop money to naturally come to you.  Don´t think too much about the quantity of it, but rather let it flow through you.

4, Money is abundant and there is enough for everybody.
If you think about money as an infinite source, there is nothing to worry about ( I love this!). The good news is that indeed it is infinite. Money is there to be taken, and it is enough for every one to enjoy it. And that is why it is so important that we keep it flowing.

5,  Money is my divine right and it is the right of everybody as well.
Since it is my divine right, I don’t need to fight for it, look for it, it naturally comes to me.

6, Money is like a boomerang.
I use it almost like a mantram: Money will come. This sentence has helped me a lot when I started to panic every time I had to pay big amounts of money, for example my yearly taxes.I only had to remember that money always comes, actually it is always there.

7, When you pay for something, ALWAYS pay with GRATITUDE , LOVE and RESPECT, and in the same way you will be paid.

I wish you a happy and abundant day!
