MAYA MASSAGE
The ancient mexican medicine, is as robust as any other ancient culture like chinese or indian. Nevertheless, there was a break between the old traditions and the modern traditions in Mexico that sent the ancient knowledge into the box of esoteric-low-class culture.
Now is the right time to look back to the ancient knowledge. Many people are noticing that the balance within us and mother nature will sustain us much more through our whole lives than a bunch of pills and a list of surgeries. I'm not suggesting that you should stop your medical treatments right now, but we can start looking more into ourselves and see what we can do to stop feeling bad and start feeling great!
So, the mayan massage is trying to gather all the ancient knowledge to help people feel good. This massage uses herbs and plants that the mayans used to use, chants, music and animal medicine to help the body feel good.
Don´t confuse a massage therapy based on ancient traditions with traditional medicine, in the end massage is a part of it that will help you improve the whole :)

LOMI LOMI (Hawaiian Massage)
Lomi Lomi is a beautiful beautiful massage. Lomi Lomi means massage but i also means Loving hands. It is based on the Huna Philosophy that establishes that
the practitioner will assist others to find harmony between their bodies and the universe. Bringing the person back to the nature wisdom, and his/her union with the spirit.
The hawaiian massage uses long and slow movements that help to reach a state of deep relaxation. The practitioner uses not only the hands but the arms as well in a fluid and rythmic sequence.
In the hawaiian tradition, a massage is a common practice done to honour the conscious of the body.
To recieve a lomi lomi is like feeling the soft movement of the waves of the sea on your body. It feels like being embraced with love.
I am fortunate to be of Mayan origin, that has given me knowledge of many traditional treatments that perhaps can not be performed in its entirety, it is necessary to have some connection or spiritual preparation. The Maya are an incredible empirical knowledge, and every one of the healing service to God and nature, there are also special songs to ask the universe's health who want to help. There are even people who have a degree of spiritual connection so immense that speak languages that no one knows, no one has managed to define if later known language, to complement that with any of the treatments that are known as clean with egg, the cure of fear, the evil eye, among others, and this I have seen. This culture and traditional medicine is amazing, and even the people who apply are people who I can classify as lucky, even chosen by the universe to be those great channels for healing energy. I look forward to sharing some testimony from people who have been cured of illness or some people that is dedicated to this type of healing ......
